Account Management

Our goal as a company is to always meet, and preferably exceed, our client’s expectations. Of course, in order to do this we must first clearly understand those expectations. We believe that opening clear lines of communication through our account management team is the best way to facilitate consistent understanding between ourselves and our clients. Leading the account management team is your Account Executive, who serves as your single point of contact and advocate within Adaptis. Account Executives also have open access to the highest levels of Adaptis management, allowing them to advocate for their clients and pursue quick resolution to any issues that may arise.

Regulatory Compliance

Regulatory compliance is more important than ever before. Federal and state regulators expect compliance to be integrated into daily business activities.

Our program is modeled after CMS' "Program Integrity", and like it, strives to maintain a culture of compliance throughout the organization.

Our experienced Compliance Officer leads a team that routinely monitors state and federal agency regulations. We provide clients with detailed descriptions of applicable regulatory changes and proposed system updates to meet changing requirements.

Live & Web-based Help Desk

Our clients have access to Adaptis Help Desk professionals via a single telephone number and email address. The Help Desk is also available through a web-based ticketing and tracking system, which keeps a record of all logged calls and submitted tickets – enabling access for reporting, status monitoring, and service level metrics monitoring.

Our experienced IT staffers use an established process to respond to all logged issues based on the severity of the issue. Help Desk employees monitor all open issues until the issue is resolved.

Disaster Recovery/Business Continuance

Adaptis has comprehensive, integrated business continuance and disaster recovery plans that are designed to get business back online as quickly and efficiently as possible in the event of a disaster.

These plans are broad in scope and are tested and updated on a regular basis to ensure they are as accurate, up-to-date and efficient as possible. Adaptis creates specific disaster recovery plans and processes for each client, and conducts testing to validate these plans. We also implement customized business continuance plans to ensure that all areas of your business are recoverable.
