Adaptis Partners with Alicare Medical Management for New Offering

New Services Position Adaptis as Single Source health care Business Solutions Provide

Seattle, WA – Adaptis, a leading provider of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and related services to the health care industry, today announced that it has partnered with Alicare Medical Management, an affiliate company of Amalgamated Life, to offer a comprehensive suite of Medical Management services. By adding services, Adaptis becomes one of the only health care business process outsourcing firms to enable customers to outsource both benefit administration and medical management from a single source. The new scope of services includes utilization management, case management, disease management and 24/7 nurse triage.

The new suite of medical management services are URAC accredited in four areas: utilization management, case management, health call center/phone triage and independent review.
