
Adaptis Achieves Highest Grades in External Audit of Medical Claims
Client Costs Also Held Below Inflation Levels While Achieving Excellence

Seattle, WA – Adaptis, a leading provider of Business Process Integration solutions for health payers, today announced the results of a review of its administration of the Community Health Plan health plan products. Aon Consulting, an independent, external auditing firm conducted the audit and included a review of the medical claims processing Adaptis handles for Community Health Plan, the Company’s largest client. The results of the audit revealed these findings: 99.60% Accuracy of Claims Processing Accuracy (claims paid without error) and 99.52% Financial Accuracy, both of which exceed industry standards. In addition, Adaptis achieved this level of excellence while holding client costs below inflation levels.

The health plan’s delivery system includes over 300 primary care clinics, 1600 providers, 8000 specialists and 90 hospitals.
