Gronlund appointed Adaptis Vice President of Research and Development

Seattle, WA – Adaptis Inc. has appointed Catherine Gronlund as the Vice President of Research and Development. Gronlund, formerly Adaptis’ Director of Data Services, will have overall responsibility for Research and Development (R&D) activities, Adaptis technology, the Project Management Office and will provide support to Adaptis Sales and Operations activities. The announcement follows an intense executive search process.

As Adaptis’ Director of Data Services, Gronlund has used her expertise in Business Intelligence to ensure Adaptis meets customer’s strategic information needs as well as its own. She planned and managed the overall Adaptis system conversion and deployment with a 99.98% success rate on data conversion. She has also identified and successfully implemented customer service performance standards utilizing departmental input to foster team ownership and commitment.

Prior to Adaptis, Gronlund worked as an IT Consultant and developed a reputation for turning troubled IT initiatives around so they delivered value at a reasonable cost. Her results-based focus ensured client’s IT projects aligned with and adhered to their business strategy.
