Adaptis Launches New And Advanced Online Training Approach

Seattle, WA – Adaptis, a leading Seattle-based company providing business process outsourcing (BPO), medical management and consulting services to health payer organizations, today announced that it is offering a new online training approach that greatly enhances the company’s training options by enabling Adaptis employees’ to access pre-recorded training sessions at times that are convenient for their workflow, without disrupting services to customers. Adaptis integrated the online training into its internal training curriculum and successfully developed best practices for use of the software. The online training includes integrated video, voice narration and relevant visuals such as PowerPoint slides and screen shots. Adaptis provided training on this software to new client, Columbia Basin Health Association.
