Adaptis Launches Consulting Services Offering – Inks First Deal

Seattle, WA – Adaptis, a leading provider of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and related services to the health care industry, today announced that is has launched a new Consulting Services offering to address the growing needs of health plans to transform operations to improve efficiencies and reduce costs. The company’s first consulting services agreement is with the Health Plan of San Mateo (HPSM), a mixed model managed health care plan serving Northern California’s San Mateo County Medi-Cal eligible residents and members of other publicly funded health programs. Adaptis will deliver business process mapping to provide HPSM a clearer understanding of their current operational environment and the financial benefits of continuous improvement.
