Adaptis and QCSI offer Health Payers Streamlined Approach to Simplify Business

Seattle, WA – Adaptis, a single source for Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) solutions and services for the healthcare industry, today announced that it has partnered with QCSI, a leading provider of enterprise application software and services for health insurers and benefits administrators, to offer an integrated claims administration and medical management solution to the health payer community. This partnership positions Adaptis as one of the only BPO solutions companies offering a complete software and services solution for small to mid-size U.S. health payers. This integrated solution from Adaptis and QCSI will be used by Community Health Plan of Washington, a current Adaptis customer, to better meet the needs of the customers it serves.
