Adaptis adds Strategic Partners for Outcomes Studies and Reporting

Seattle, WA — Adaptis, a leading single source provider of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) solutions for health payers, today announced that has signed strategic partnership agreements with Outcomes Inc. and ODIS, LLC to expand its portfolio of services to include data collection and reporting for health outcome studies, such as Health Risk Assessments and HEDIS®, in addition to a proprietary information technology solution to manage and analyze the outcomes information. These agreements represent the 9th and 10th strategic partnerships Adaptis has announced in the past year. Adaptis has been aggressively expanding its portfolio of BPO solutions to rapidly position itself as a one-stop for BPO service offerings in the underserved small- to mid-sized health payer market.
