
Adaptis announces Strategic Partnershp with Med Advantage

Seattle, WA – Adaptis, a leading single source for Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) solutions for health payers, today announced a strategic partnership with Med Advantage, a privately-owned credentialing firm based in Orlando, FL. Adaptis sought to enter into a relationship with Med Advantage to add medical provider credentialing services to its expanding portfolio of offerings. Med Advantage is certified by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) and accredited by the Utilization Review Accreditation Commission (URAC), and performs credentials verification in all 50 states and the District of Columbia. This new partnership represents a continuation of Adaptis’ strategy of building alliances with quality providers like Med Advantage to become an end-to-end outsourcing solution for the small- to mid-sized BPO market, from claims administration to provider credentialing.
