Adaptis expands Single Source BPO Provider Position with Maxor Alliance
March 27, 2006
Seattle, WA – Adaptis, a leading single source for Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) solutions for health payers, today announced its newest strategic partner: Maxor National Pharmacy Services Corporation (Maxor), a nationwide provider of pharmacy benefit management services. A key Adaptis philosophy is to focus on distinctive core BPO competencies, and to manage other related processes with best-of-breed providers. This enables Adaptis to provide its customers with the breadth, depth, and quality of services they need to expand health coverage while still reducing costs. The strategic alliance with Maxor enables Adaptis to further expand on its success in the small- to mid-sized BPO market, providing health plan customers with a complete outsourcing solution, from claims administration to pharmacy benefit management services, as well as implementation and business consulting services.
Nancy Coburn, Adaptis vice president of business development confirmed, “With the increasing cost of pharmaceuticals, we are very pleased to have such a relationship with Maxor which provides our customers with the added value of key pharmacy benefit management services.” Coburn added, “Adaptis has been aggressively pursing options for blending its core claims management and overall business process consulting competencies with other strategic providers. Adding the full suite of pharmacy benefit management services offered by Maxor enables Adaptis to offer the small to mid size BPO market a highly strategic option for single-sourced BPO solutions.”
“Adaptis and Maxor are both committed to a culture of high-quality, high-touch customer service, so this relationship was a natural fit,” said John Ward, Maxor CEO. “Maxor’s mission is to provide accountable and cost-effective pharmacy services, and we are pleased to have the opportunity to deliver on this goal through our alliance with Adaptis.”
