
Adaptis Continues Aggressive Service Offering Expansion Strategy

Seattle, WA – Adaptis, a leading single source provider of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) solutions for health payers, is continuing its aggressive service offering expansion strategy, and today announced a strategic partnership with American Behavioral Benefits Managers, Inc. (American Behavioral), headquartered in Birmingham, Alabama. American Behavioral serves corporations throughout the United States, providing comprehensive mental health management and benefit services to more than 800,000 covered lives. Adaptis provides BPO administration, consulting, and other services to the underserved small-to mid-sized health payer market and sought to expand its portfolio with mental health services to better serve the expanding needs of its customers. American Behavioral rounds out the Adaptis offerings with a national provider network, and training and education to maximize EAP benefits.
